We are happy that Secto Design lamps inspire people around the world and we love seeing our lamps on social media! Sometimes we may request to share customers’ real life images and videos in our marketing and advertising channels (for e.g. the website, newsletters, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Youtube) to spread lighting ideas to the entire Secto Design community.

By responding #yessectodesign on a Rights Request you agree to the following:

You provide Secto Design Oy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in Secto Design Oy’s sole discretion and without any obligations to you, your image/video in all marketing and advertising including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your image/video. You also agree to waive your right to be named in connection with your image/video when displayed in the newsletter or when it is not possible. Furthermore, you give Secto Design Oy your consent to use images/videos where you can be identified for marketing and/or advertising purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all the rights to the image/video you have submitted and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the material. Moreover, you certify that you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation), you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that Secto Design’s use of your image/video will not violate any rights of a third party or any law.

Hereby, you release Secto Design Oy from all obligations to pay you for the use of your image/video and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above-described uses, thereby freeing and agreeing to keep Secto Design Oy and all persons acting for Secto Design Oy from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the image/video as described above.

If you want to withdraw your consent, you can contact us by clicking on the "i"-icon in the lower left corner in your shared image/video published on our website. The icon will link you to a form where you can submit your request to withdraw your consent.
