Are you ready to join the exciting journey of an internationally renowned Finnish design brand? Secto Design Sweden is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our expansion in Sweden, nurture existing client relationships, and unlock new business opportunities.

About us:

Secto Design is a Finnish family-owned company specializing in wooden lamps designed by the award-winning lighting designer Seppo Koho.

Our lamps are sustainably handcrafted at our own factory in Heinola, and exported to nearly 90 countries. With a growing presence in Sweden, we are looking for a motivated individual to help elevate our brand and sales operations in this market.

Your role:

As Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth in Sweden. This is an independent role requiring a proactive, self-driven approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Business development: Grow Secto Design Sweden's sales and strengthen our brand value.

  • Customer relationship management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.

  • New client acquisition: Identify and secure high-quality customer accounts to expand our portfolio.

  • Lead generation: Stay ahead of market trends, generate new leads, and seize opportunities.

  • Event participation: Represent Secto Design at trade shows and industry events.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: A strong understanding of the retail industry in the design field, with an in-depth knowledge of the contract market.

  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to represent Secto Design’s brand values and image.

  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in using IT tools for sales and reporting.

  • Languages: Fluent in both Swedish and English.

  • Driving license: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Sweden.

  • Availability to travel: You will also be travelling occasionally to our Headquarters in Kauniainen, Finland. 

  • Independent work ethic: Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Work environment:

You’ll be based in our Stockholm showroom, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. This position also offers the opportunity to travel regularly within Sweden and occasionally to Finland as part of your role.
